Webbing straps-bulk stock
Safetex Polyester (PES) webbing strap is fixed, stretched and polyurethane-impregnated with an average elongation of < 7 % according to EN 12195-2.
Blackline straps are woven from black threads.
Our new webbing strap equipment
The webbing straps are fitted in a particularly dimensionally stable manner and have a better feel thanks to a greater proportion of polyurethane and hardening agent. This results in more grip and lateral stability.
The strap has a smooth surface which can be printed on more easily.
Overprint and woven texts and logos
In our own production we process genuine black dyed belt strap made of polyester (PES) with an extension below 7%.
Genuine black dyed belt strap will permanently keep its deep black colour and does not stain.
All Safetex webbing straps are suitable for printing by printing block, according to your individual request. We produce printing blocks according to your camera-ready copy or digitalized data. The imprint is made in white for 1000 meter webbing straps and above. Additional costs for printing: 5 % plus printing block costs. 2 printing blocks are always required.
